Welcome to 10 Daily Japanese Vocab, an educational service provided by Zoozoobs. By subscribing to our premium services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your purchase and use of monthly subscriptions and In-App Purchases (IAP) within the application.
1. Subscription Services
10 Daily Japanese Vocab offers a “Monthly Subscription” that provides access to premium features, including but not limited to:
- Unlimited access to JLPT vocabulary sets.
- Advanced progress tracking and statistics.
- Ad-free learning environment.
- Exclusive study materials updated daily.
2. Billing and Payments
- Payment Method: Subscriptions and In-App Purchases (IAP) are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) accounts. Payment will be charged to your store account at the time of purchase confirmation.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing Cycle: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current monthly period at the rate of the plan you selected.
3. Managing Subscriptions and Cancellation
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period.
4. In-App Purchases (IAP) and Virtual Goods
- The app may offer virtual currency or one-time purchase items.
- All IAPs are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or the specific policies of the app store platform.
5. Refunds
- Refund requests are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Zoozoobs does not have the authority to issue refunds directly for transactions made through these platforms.
- Please refer to the respective store’s refund policy for instructions on how to request a refund.
6. User Accounts and Social Login
- To synchronize your learning progress and subscription status across devices, you may use Social Login (e.g., Google, Apple ID).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
7. Data Privacy and Push Notifications
- Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://zoozoobs.com/privacy-policy/.
- By using the app, you agree to receive push notifications for daily study reminders and service updates. You can manage notification settings within the app or your device settings.
8. Changes to Terms
Zoozoobs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via push notifications or in-app announcements. Continued use of the subscription after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
